Broadway is most excellent place BUT it is the only store of that type in that area ,but so worth the trip

Lincolin Antique Market is on lincolin and there are several stores up and down this street offering vintage modern funishings on of which is small but great selection and excellent prices one called Urban Artifacts
there are also two others on this road also which makes it more worth while

also in the wicker park distric there is an excellent mid-century store offering only the finest mid century decorative arts if, you got the cash to boot. I don't remember the name but it is across the street from a new moder furniture store called Orange Skin.
