THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! SOLD ME AN ITEM 3 WEEKS AGO...... NEVER GOT IT. "ONE OF A KIND ITEM".....THEY ARE STILL SELLING IT!!!(and they also have a web design business..so its not like they are waiting for a web master to fix it!!)

THEY ONLY ANSWER EMAIL WHEN THREATENED AND CLAIM THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONIBLE!

Hqave fied claims with Paypal and my credit card company.

I am sorry but I had to edit your post. In today's world of litigation it is a sad fact that we could get sued for statements that our visitors post on the site.

I have nothing to do with the site that you had problems with nor do I know them, but the usual course of action would be to make multiple contacts directly with the offending site first. I am sure that you have done that before making a post such as this. It seems that the actions you have taken, to file complaints with the credit card companies and with PayPal are good steps. I would also suggest filing a complaint with the local BBB where the shop in question does business.

I hate to censor posts and can truly empathize with you as I have been burned on many occasions when making purchases myself. If you find the site in our links directory and tell that you had a negative experience with the site I will post that for you. Just don't use terms such as "Scam" as those can be considered defamatory and get us in trouble. Just mention that you had a negative experience and invite others to email you for details...I will approve that type of review if you post it.

It is too bad that you have censored my posting. Perhaps it would have helped others to not get burned by this company that you have xxxxxxxed out.

The BBB is a joke. Try getting help from them sometime and you will see for yourself what I mean.

I seriously doubt that you would have been sued for liable for allowing me to warn people of an unscrupulous company.

This is the USA...where we have freedom of speech, but aparently that isn't the case on your message board!!!!

I was trying to be helpful to you. To take jabs at me because you are upset is not a very kind way to act.

I thought that I was being very generous in leaving the post and trying to give you other suggestions that would enable me to allow a review by you of some sort to stand. I have left this all public and could have just as easily erased it completely. I understand that you are upset with the site that you had problems with and as I mentioned I DO empathize with you. It is a free country but this message board is not meant as a place to post gripes. With the freedom that we have in this country comes responsibility as well.

When you make statements such as "THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!" you do indeed open me up to liability issues that I am not prepared to risk. I have no way of knowing if what you have said took place and that is why we can not be a forum for airing complaints. I have no reason to doubt you but anyone could post disparaging remarks about any site without any proof. I hope when you have time to consider this that you can see I am trying to be as reasonable and as fair as I can to all concerned. I do not know you and I do not know the shop owners so I have no reason to be biased on this.

If you contact me directly by e-mail I will be happy to intercede and try to mediate your dispute with the site in question. Sometimes a neutral party can be helpful. If I then see they have acted in bad faith I will remove them from our Links Directory completely.

Thank you. I understand your position. For now I will leave it in the hands of my credit card company and Paypal. I have full documentation of every email between this company and myself. I also have a saved copy of their website showing that they are still selling my "one of a kind" piece that I will never receive. For now, I don't think anyone else interveining would be of any use at all. Delete this if you wish..but these are very sleezy people and my instincts told me that from the get go.
