Does anyone know where to get thin sheets of fiberglass to use for replacement on 50's lamphades? Thanks, David

Try contacting Deadly Nightshades, a company that crafts 50's style fiberglass shades. I know that they sell a "make your own shade" kit so perhaps they would sell the raw fiberglass as well. Not sure, but worth a try!

Oh The Quest for Fiberglass Lampshade Replacement!!

When I found Deadly Nightshades I was alive with the possibilities of replacement. However, the kits are only limited to white. I just checked their site and notice that they now offer 48" wide 3 yard minimum white fiberglass @ $12.00/yd.

If they are able to obtain fiberglass sheets by the yard there have to be wholesalers somewhere. I want red or aqua or vintage tobacco khaki colored fiberglass - parchament by the yard.

Does anyone know of another vendor or wholesale supplier of lampshade fiberglass???
