I am having a hard time find parts for this chair- the springs that are on the base to keep it from being a rocking chair- Knoll isnt the easist place to get ahold of any suggestions on a better place to get parts?

Shock mounts are still available. The Price for my Knoll Harry Bertoia replacements sell for 39 dollars a pair. That comes with new zinc plated screws. They fit right in the high back Bird chair and large diamond chair also.
