Looking to ID a small pair of safari chairs. I'm hoping the distinctive side stretcher with the circular cut outs and the peg type joint, will pin point a manufacturer or designer.
The chairs have plenty of age and have lived a little. The hint is they were originally found in Switzerland however they do also smack a little of a Danish pair I spotted. I've been trawling and covered Wilhelm Kienzle to Kaare Klint to Arne Norell to Carl Aubock .. and back again with a few in-between.
I'd greatly appreciate some input if someone recognises the model or those side-stretchers and peg joint.
