I found this mug at an estate sale and was wondering if anyone can tell me who made it. It has the color and rings of Bauer.

Perhaps a bottom shot of the color clay used,or pin spacing could help here,any marks at all on the bottom? I do know vintage Bauer used a 'usa'on this line,or at least some of the pieces were marked this way. Tania

This does not look like Bauer to me. The color looks too pale to be the Bauer green and the rings look too close in this photo. I also collect Bauer and this shape does not appear in any of my books. I believe Marcrest and Metlox made something similar. But I could be wrong, I've found three Bauer pieces that are not in the books, however they are marked. Bauer made alot of pottery and there are many pieces.
