hey there! I see there have been no replies to this post, but I must say I have been wondering this, too. I have a sofa and a chair marked with an H, also. I was never able to find an answer either. I only found a link to what seemed like a match to mine, visually, not by marking. I will need to look back in my files for it, but I remember it being an american company that later changed their name to a common-known company, possibly broyhill? I found nothing else. I am wondering if you found any more information on this "H" mark since your post. I know very little on this subject but I am always truing to educate myself because of my personal love of this style.
