I've had a pair of these chairs in storage for a few years that I'd picked up here in Grand Rapids. I suspect that they might be Finn Juhl and manufactured by Baker here in GR, but perhaps not. I've quite a bit experience with all types of mid-century modern furniture and have never seen anything like these low lounge chairs. They are constructed of curve formed five ply plywood screwed to walnut stained birch frames. The two-piece seat and back is covered with form fitting (now deteriorated) foam, which is, in turn convered in a blue wool blend stretch fabric.
