I am searching for this particular Drexel dining chair. It is walnut and has 4 dark walnut diamond shape inlays in the backrest. I have 5, but need one more to complete my set. I found the 5 Drexel chairs and the vintage rosewood Gudme Mobelfabrik table with 2 leaves as a grouping at a local thrift store for $118 with tax! I was pretty excited as the set is in super condition and quite beautiful together. Anyway, would like that one last Drexel chair to complete it. If anyone has one to sell or can at least tell me what the style name or number of the chair is so I could find it easier I would appreciate it.....Thanks much!

I do not have one of these for sale right now but I can at least help you identify it. These chairs are part of Drexel's Declaration line. It was designed by Kipp Stuart and was produced from 1958-1962 (I think..). Good luck in your search!

Hi Tom! I just found this site, hope you still check it. I have a table and I'm wondering if you know if it is drexel declaration table. I got it at an auction, and it had 2 captain chairs with it, they're marked Drexel, the table is unusual (to me) as it's leaves fold down the long way, making it 60" X 17 1/2". It has wheel attachments underneath. (maybe someone added that feature?) Have you seen this? Thank-you! Auctionheir kdduffy@midrivers.com
