I would really like to know if you think this is a HW chair and its value. The fabric needs to be replaced and the rocker is not as smooth as it used to be, but it works.

I seen this chair on occasion on Ebay. I have seen the picture posted sometimes with its labels, and it is Heywood Wakefield. This chair also has an ottoman with compliments this piece very well. My guess its worth at least $300 in good condition, however I've seen them go for much more $$$. It's hard to say what its worth needing the fabric replaced, which is normally black vinyl. It is not pictured/referenced in the modern line Rouland reference book for Heywood Wakefield, it might have been a later issued line? Maybe someone else can shed more light/info.
