Wow! Neat chairs! Design elements are consistent with Arthur Umanoff for Raymor, although I've never seen this particular model before. The bent wood nailed to the supports is exactly the same as on an Umanoff design that I have at home. Looks like the protectors for the feet are gone, but alternates should not be hard to find. eBay often has people selling caps for herman miller chairs that would probably fit. Let me know if they're for sale.
