That chair was designed by Fabio Lenci of Italy circa 1970. Stendig is the company that distributed the chair here in the U.S. Examples appear at major design auctions from time to time and usually bring several thousand dollars.

YES if you puchased them both for 2000

they would sell for much more a piece or together
